The common thread

What actually changed in these projects

What every case has in common

Different sectors, the same method

  • One system, no islands. Loose spreadsheets and double entry disappear because everything comes together in Odoo.
  • Standard where possible. Custom work only follows once the gap-fit analysis shows it adds value.
  • Tests and documentation are included. What we build is tested and described, with no extra work billed afterwards.
  • After go-live we stay on board. Support and further development are part of the agreement, not a separate quote.

Curious what that means for your organisation? The full method, including a public checklist, is on de aanpakpagina . And if you want to start small, take a look at €1,000 per app.

Frequently asked questions

Working with DAADit

We only publish cases the customer has explicitly approved. That means you see fewer projects here than we have done, but the stories you do see can be verified. If we work in your sector and it isn't shown here, just ask during a conversation.

No, the approach is not sector-bound: we implement Odoo in trade, manufacturing, services and project-driven organisations. The published cases show three sectors, but the four phases are the same everywhere. Our sector pages describe what we configure as standard per sector.

Every project runs through four phases: process design, gap-fit analysis, AI development with tests and documentation, and go-live. Each phase ends with something tangible that you review before the next phase starts. The full method is published on our approach page.

Yes. With the app route you go live app by app at €1,000 per app on standard Odoo. Many organisations start with one process, go live with it and then add the next app.

Yes, integrations with webshops, logistics partners, banks and reporting tools are part of the implementation. We map them during process design, so they don't become a surprise at go-live. In the published cases, webshop and logistics integrations across several countries were part of the solution.

After go-live we stay on board for support and further development. Because every part is delivered tested and documented, you can manage a lot yourself. You decide how much you outsource: guided, hybrid or autonomous.
