Who is Wilgenhaege?

Wilgenhaege is an independent asset manager and provider of investment products, with clients mainly in the Netherlands. The organisation consists of a financial holding with several operating companies, each with its own role and its own books.

Before Odoo

The challenge

Several operating companies with separate books: for a financial holding that separation is necessary for accounting, but awkward for management when a shared view is missing. At Wilgenhaege there was no central view of clients and projects: anyone wanting to look across the entities had to gather information from different sets of books.

Client relationships and projects touching several entities could not be seen at a glance anywhere.

What is in place

The solution

We configured a multi-company Odoo environment: CRM, project management and invoicing centrally, with separate books per entity. Client relationships and projects are managed in one place, across the operating companies, while each entity keeps its own accounting and invoicing.

De scheiding die er administratief moet zijn, blijft volledig bestaan — maar het overzicht is voortaan gezamenlijk. Eén systeem, met per entiteit de juiste context en op groepsniveau het totaalbeeld.

The result
