Isolatie.com Groep insulates homes: from roof and cavity wall insulation to floor and crawl space insulation. The group operates in Noord-Brabant, Limburg and Gelderland among other regions and runs insulation projects continuously, from the first quote to delivery at the customer's home.
Before Odoo
The challenge
Running a project-driven business in construction and insulation demands control per project. At Isolatie.com Groep, purchasing, materials and invoicing drifted apart per project: orders, material usage and invoices lived in different overviews. Alongside the books, separate spreadsheets appeared to track what was happening on each project.
That made it hard to see at a glance how costs and progress were developing per project — especially with several projects running at the same time.
