Who is Tenways?

Tenways develops and sells electric bikes to consumers across Europe. The brand sells its e-bikes online as well as through an extensive network of dealers and service points spread over several European countries. As a fast-growing e-bike brand, Tenways serves a market with high demands on availability, delivery and service.

Before Odoo

The challenge

Rapid growth exposes the weak spots in a system landscape without mercy. At Tenways, the webshop, inventory and administration lived in separate systems. Orders from the webshop had to be re-entered in the books, stock levels did not sync automatically with what was sold online, and an up-to-date view of margins required manual work.

With sales in several European countries — each with its own logistics flows — keeping an overview became increasingly difficult. The question was clear: one platform to carry all European sales, from webshop order through to accounting.

Double entry between webshop and administration is a thing of the past: an order is registered once and flows automatically through every process.
