What is really going on
AI is only useful once it can reach your data. A language model that does not know your orders, customers and stock can at best write generic text. The missing link is the connection between the AI assistant and your ERP — secure, with the right permissions and without data drifting around in loose chat windows.
Another thing: many “AI opportunities” turn out, on closer inspection, to be ordinary automation opportunities. First set up the process properly in Odoo, then add AI where it genuinely adds something — in that order.
The approach
Our solution in Odoo
We connect your Odoo environment to AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor via our free hosted MCP server. This lets your team work with the system in plain language: “create a quote for this customer based on the previous order”, “which invoices have been open for more than 30 days?”, “summarise the open tasks for this project”.
We also automate repetitive steps within Odoo itself: automated actions, smart document processing and workflows that create follow-up steps. The daily routine shifts from entering and retyping to checking and deciding.
