Odoo pricing 2026
What does Odoo cost? Licence, implementation and total project costs
Your Odoo costs consist of two items. The licence you pay directly to Odoo, per user per month. The implementation you pay to DAADit: a fixed amount of €1,000 per app, known in advance, no hours billed afterwards. Below it is all set out, including what a complete Odoo project costs in practice.
Worked example
€3,000
implementation of 3 apps: Sales, Inventory and Accounting
Plus the Odoo licence: from €24.90 per user per month, paid directly to Odoo.

The Odoo cost model
Two items, two parties
Odoo deliberately keeps licence and implementation separate. That makes the costs transparent: you see exactly what goes to Odoo and what goes to your implementation partner.
Odoo licence
€24.90
per user per month (Standard, billed annually). The Custom plan, with Odoo Studio and multi-company, costs €37.40 per user per month.
✓All 80+ apps included, no charge per module
✓Hosting on Odoo Online or Odoo.sh
✓Official support and free upgrades
✓We add no markup and earn nothing on your licence

What does Odoo cost per month and per year?
The Odoo licence is the only recurring amount. Count the employees who actually work in Odoo; portal users, such as customers and suppliers, are free.
| Users | Standard €24.90 p/m | Custom €37.40 p/m | Per year (Standard) | Per year (Custom) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 5 users | €124.50 per month | €187 per month | €1,494 | €2,244 |
| 10 users | €249 per month | €374 per month | €2,988 | €4,488 |
| 25 users | €622.50 per month | €935 per month | €7,470 | €11,220 |
| 50 users | €1,245 per month | €1,870 per month | €14,940 | €22,440 |
Standard or Custom?
Standard is enough for a single company on Odoo Online. Choose Custom if you have several entities (multi-company), want to use Odoo Studio, run your own modules or integrations, or host on Odoo.sh or your own server. Trading and manufacturing companies with integrations usually end up on Custom in practice.
Worked example over five years
Wholesaler, 25 users, Custom licence, 8 apps, migration from Exact and a Shopify integration:
Licence for 5 years: €56,100
Implementation of 8 apps: €8,000
Migration and integration: €6,000 – €9,000
Total over five years: roughly €70,000 – €73,000, or €14,500 per year. For comparison: SAP Business One or Dynamics comes to €110,000 to €250,000 for the same situation. See Compare ERP systems.
Implementation costs
Worked examples: number of apps × €1,000
Odoo consists of separate apps, so you can work out your implementation yourself. Three scenarios we see most often:
| Scenario | Apps | Which apps | Typical for | Implementation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 3 | Sales, Inventory, Accounting | Trading company or service provider coming from Excel and separate packages. | €3,000 |
| Growth | 6 | Starter + Purchase, CRM, Projects | Growing company with several sales channels and project margins out of sight. | €6,000 |
| Complete | 10 | Growth + Manufacturing, Maintenance, Helpdesk, Employees | Manufacturing or wholesale company that wants the whole chain in one system. | €10,000 |
Total project costs
What does a complete Odoo project cost?
Implementing the apps is the core, but a project usually involves more: data migration, integrations with a webshop or WMS and sometimes custom development. These indications show what a total project at DAADit costs in practice, excluding the Odoo licence.
€7,500+
One core process with 3 to 5 apps, standard Odoo and a simple data migration of customers, products and open items.
Of which implementation: €3,000 – €5,000
€15,000+
Several departments with 6 to 10 apps, full data migration and one or two integrations, for example with your webshop or bank.
Of which implementation: €6,000 – €10,000
€35,000+
Custom development, multiple entities, EDI integrations or a migration from SAP, AFAS or Exact. This runs through the custom project with a fixed quote.
Of which implementation: €10,000+

What is and is not included in €1,000 per app?
