The suite works in two ways. There are ready-made connections published in the marketplace that install right away. And for systems without an app yet, we build the integration with that same suite: no custom script on the side, but a connection that runs on the same platform and is therefore maintained the same way.
That is where AI comes in. Connecta has an MCP server built in. We describe the integration we want in plain language to an AI assistant; it sets up the app, creates the field mapping and enables the flow. Our consultants check and approve before anything goes live. That is why a new integration can be running in days with us rather than weeks.

Shopify
Two-way integration: orders, customers, products and variants, stock, price lists, shipments and tracking, returns and credit notes, payments and payouts.
Exact Online NL
Contacts, products, invoices including PDF and payments from Odoo to Exact, and changes to contacts and products from Exact back to Odoo.
Trengo
Recognises the customer automatically by email address and phone number, and lets you create a sales order in Odoo straight from the conversation.
Nmbrs
Imports the payroll journal entries from Nmbrs into Odoo, including ledger mapping, cost centres, cost units and analytic distributions.
Loket
Imports the payroll journal results from Loket.nl into Odoo Accounting, including ledger mapping, cost centres, cost units and analytic distributions.

The problem we encounter
Manual retyping between systems
Orders from the customer's portal are retyped into your own system, delivery notes are emailed to the warehouse. Every handover is waiting time and a chance of error.
Fragile custom integrations
There are scripts that someone built once. Nobody dares touch them, documentation is missing and everyone holds their breath with every update.
EDI as an entry requirement
Large retailers and logistics providers demand EDI messages: orders, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices. If you cannot connect, you are not in the game.

What is really going on
Integrations rarely fail on technology and usually on management. An integration built as a one-off project starts ageing from day one: APIs change, message formats change, volumes grow. Without monitoring, error handling and a manageable way to make changes, every integration becomes technical debt.

Our solution in Odoo
As a Connecta Premium Partner we build integrations without custom code: more than fifty ready-made no-code integrations, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, Shopify, WooCommerce, Boltrics and Picqer. Every integration runs within Odoo, with monitoring, logging and error handling you can inspect yourself.
For EDI we set up the message flows with your trading partners — orders, confirmations, delivery notes and invoices — so that messages are processed automatically and only exceptions need human attention. In day-to-day practice that means: no more retyping, but a work list of exceptions.
