What is the Picqer Odoo integration?
The integration is an app from Connecta Software, an integration suite that runs inside Odoo instead of on an external middleware server. The principle is simple: Odoo stays the source of truth. Products and orders go from Odoo to Picqer. Shipments and stock come back from Picqer to Odoo.
Because the integration runs in your own Odoo, that is also where you see what happens: which orders were sent, what succeeded and where an alert is waiting. No black box that only the builder can open.

Can you manage your Picqer orders from Odoo?
Yes, in the sense that the order starts and ends in Odoo. Your team creates the sales order in Odoo. Once the delivery is validated, the order goes to Picqer automatically, where your warehouse or fulfilment partner picks and ships it. Track & trace then comes back on the delivery in Odoo. Your sales team doesn't need to work in Picqer to get an order out the door.
Want to check an order before it goes to the warehouse? Switch Auto-fulfilment off. The order then waits in Odoo until someone releases it.
Good to know: not everything runs through Odoo. Cancelling a delivery in Odoo does not cancel the order in Picqer, so you cancel it there as well. Returns don't run through the integration either.
Working with one or more fulfilment partners (3PLs)
The integration is built for companies that outsource all or part of their logistics.
- Several connections at once. Your own Picqer account plus as many 3PLs as you need, each with its own settings. For example one 3PL for consumer orders and one for business orders.
- Built-in 3PL templates. For SiPack, VASCO-fulfilment and 17 other fulfilment partners that work with Picqer, the integration fills in the Picqer address itself. Is your 3PL not on the list? The integration still works, with the address your 3PL gives you.
- Multiple warehouses. You link Odoo locations to Picqer warehouses, so orders and stock end up with the right party.
- Multiple companies and branches. Stock and shipments are booked in the right company.
- No duplicate orders. A delivery that was already sent to Picqer is not sent again by accident, not even to another 3PL.
- Safe testing. Test orders can stay as a concept in Picqer, so nothing gets shipped.
- English, Dutch and German. Settings and messages on deliveries are available in three languages.
What to arrange beforehand
- Odoo 18 or 19 with Connecta and a valid Connecta licence, plus the Odoo apps Sales, Inventory and Automation Rules. Note: on Odoo 19 the integration currently runs an earlier version with fewer features.
- An Odoo environment that Picqer can reach over the internet. Odoo.sh works.
- A Picqer account or a 3PL that works with Picqer, with a Picqer API key per connection. If you work with a 3PL, they create the key for you.
- An Internal Reference (SKU) on every product that should go to Picqer.

- Cancelling a delivery in Odoo does not cancel the order in Picqer.
- Returns, purchase orders and receipts do not run through the integration.
- Products do not come back from Picqer to Odoo, and are not archived or deleted in Picqer.

- One delivery goes to one 3PL. Odoo can split an order into deliveries per warehouse.
- The purchase strategy (reorder level, replenish-up-to level) is set in Picqer.
