Every integration we build runs on Connecta Software: an integration suite that sits inside Odoo instead of on a separate server next to it. Ready-made connections install in an hour. If no integration exists yet for your system, we build it on that same platform — with the help of AI, in days rather than weeks.
An integration you can open up yourself
Most integrations run on middleware: a separate service between your systems, with its own login, its own invoice and its own supplier who knows how it works. As long as everything runs smoothly you never notice. The moment an order gets stuck, you depend on someone else to see why.
Connecta runs as a suite inside your own Odoo environment. Every connection, every field mapping and every message sent lives in the same database as your orders and invoices. Per message you see what was sent, what came back and whether it succeeded. If something failed, it is retried instead of silently disappearing.
You do not notice that difference on the day you connect, but you do on the day something breaks. And something always breaks eventually: a supplier changes their API, a certificate expires, a product code changes format.

From connection to a running flow
Connect
You connect to the external system with a key or OAuth. Connecta stores the settings per connection, so you can run several shops or administrations side by side.
Map
Per object you define which field lands where and in which direction. For standard cases that mapping is already there; exceptions you adjust without writing code.
Enable the flow
You decide when to synchronise: on a schedule, or immediately when something happens. After that it runs without anyone pressing a button.
Watch
The dashboard shows what has run and what is still pending. No separate tool to log into: it sits next to your orders.
AI builds the integration, we approve it
Connecta has an MCP server built in. That is the standard that lets an AI assistant such as Claude work directly with software instead of just talking about it. We describe the integration we want in plain language — “connect this webshop to Odoo and synchronise stock every five minutes” — and the assistant sets up the app, creates the field mapping and enables the flow.
What the AI does not do is decide. Our consultants determine what needs to happen, check what has been built and approve it before anything goes to production. The AI takes over the executing work: the clicking, the mapping, the documentation.

Shopify
Two-way integration: orders, customers, products and variants, stock, price lists, shipments and tracking, returns and credit notes, payments and payouts.
Exact Online NL
Contacts, products, invoices including PDF and payments from Odoo to Exact, and changes to contacts and products from Exact back to Odoo.
Trengo
Recognises the customer automatically by email address and phone number, and lets you create a sales order in Odoo straight from the conversation.
Nmbrs
Imports the payroll journal entries from Nmbrs into Odoo, including ledger mapping, cost centres, cost units and analytic distributions.
Loket
Imports the payroll journal results from Loket.nl into Odoo Accounting, including ledger mapping, cost centres, cost units and analytic distributions.

Then we build the integration
The marketplace is a starting point, not a limit. For systems without a ready-made app yet, we build the integration with the same suite. That is not a loose script next to your Odoo, but a connection running on the same platform: same logging, same retry, same way of managing it.
In practice that means marketplaces, WMS packages, carriers, PIM systems, EDI partners and internal applications that only run at your company. If the system has an API or can exchange files, we can connect it.
How we go about it
- We review the system’s documentation and determine whether an API or file exchange is available.
- Together we record which data needs to go which way and which system leads per field.
- The integration is set up and mapped with the help of the MCP server, and reviewed by a consultant.
- We test on a copy of your environment before anything goes to production.
- You get the documentation, and the configuration stays in your own Odoo.
